There is a whole array of new cars coming up in the next year, from SUVs to electric vehicles, aka EVs.
Take for example the Alfa Romeo Giulia. This will be the Alfa's first sedan sold in the USA in decades. The top engine will be a twin-turbo V6, churning out a whooping 505 hp. It should arrive by late 2016, for starting price of $40K.

GM presenting the all-new 2017 Buick LaCrosse, with longer, lower, sleeker, quieter and wider features. It is actually so quiet, that Buick had to change the windshield wiper motor, because it was too loud.
The new LaCrosse will have the same engine as the Cadillac XT5, a V6 and it will be available in summer of 2016 from $33K.

2017 Toyota C-HR begin its life as a Scion, but since that brand will be terminated it will be called a Toyota. It will compete with the likes of Nissan Juke, Mazda Cx-3 and Honda HR-V, while featuring a Prius engine for super fuel economy. Expect availability around spring 2017 from estimated $20K .

Does a new name from Chevrolet the Bolt will challenge Tesla upcoming Model 3? It might, because it will offer 200+ miles of EV range for $38K, and not in the next 2 years but right at the end of 2016.

Early next year, possibly on the 2017 Detroit auto show, Lexus will showcase its new 2018 Lexus LS model, which no longer will swim in the shadow of the German luxury segment, but it comes with an extravagant style. The front still stays, which needs an acquired taste. Maybe Vader taste...It should set you back for $75K to start with.

Volkswagen CrossBlue will be the brand first three row SUV, and it will be priced just under the Touareg, to compete with the Toyota Highlander and Honda Pilot. It will be manufactured in the VW's Chattanooga plant in Tennessee. Expect it at the end of this year for around $33K.

Say goodby to the old and boring Lincoln and say hi to the new and exciting looking 2017 Lincoln Navigator. With over 400hp on board, coupled with a 10-speed automatic transmission this behemoth will go for around $65K by the summer of 2017.
